SMTP4-100 μL 面向工作液量较小、需要一次性吸头操作的设备模块。产品容量决定候选范围,真实移液表现还取决于液体、吸头和设备运动。

样本前处理:小体积样本移取

从样本管移取规定体积到反应管时,任务称为样本移液(sample pipetting);取出一份留待后续检测,也称为样本分装(aliquoting)。客户关注目标体积与原样本利用率,而不是泵的电机步数。

SMTP4-100 μL 可按工作液量评估吸头与控制参数。设备需要确定吸液深度、移动前的等待时间及排液位置;如要求自动探测液面或确认异常吸液,应配置相应检测方案。

反应体系:小体积试剂加入与液滴交付

在反应管或板孔中加入少量试剂,常称为试剂加样(reagent addition)或反应体系配制(reaction setup)。此时,吸头末端残留的一滴、外壁带液或容器挂壁,都可能影响真正进入反应体系的液量。

SMTP4-100 μL 适合作为较小工作液量的候选配置。设备端需把排液速度、排液高度与离开容器的动作连起来验证,并按目标液体选择是否采用接触式排液;需要额外吹出或混匀动作时,应结合可用行程与控制程序确认。

OEM 移液单元:吸头装卸与运动轴集成

在自动化工作站中,移液泵与运动轴、吸头架及耗材定位共同组成移液单元(pipetting unit)。除了吸排液,设备还需要完成装吸头、移动到目标、排液和脱吸头的完整动作链。

SMTP4 支持自动脱吸头,但装吸头行程、推力和脱卸位置需与设备机构匹配。吸头规格变更后,应重新核对气密性与装卸动作,避免将吸头外形相近视为已经兼容。
