样本前处理:样本分装与转移

从同一样本管分出多份供后续处理,称为样本分装(aliquoting);将液体送入下一工序的容器则称为样本转移(sample transfer)。设备需要同时管理每份体积、源容器剩余液量,以及更换样本时的吸头策略。

SMTP4-500 μL 可用于覆盖较大单次转移量的移液模块。选择逐次吸排还是一次吸液多次分配时,应计算总吸入量、方法余量和吸头可用容量,并检查首份与末份的实际体积;液面和缺液判断需由设备的检测方案提供。

稀释流程:稀释液与缓冲液添加

将稀释液加入已含样本的容器,称为稀释加液(diluent dispensing);按配方加入缓冲液则称为缓冲液分配(buffer dispensing)。例如样本与稀释液共同构成终体积,稀释倍数应由两部分实际体积计算,混匀则是后续单独的动作。

SMTP4-500 μL 提供较大的标称容量,便于按目标稀释液量规划转移次数。应将吸液深度、等待时间、排液速度和混合步骤写入方法;配方改变后,用实际样本量与稀释液量核查最终浓度和重复性。

OEM 移液单元:吸头装卸与运动轴集成

在自动化工作站中,移液泵与运动轴、吸头架及耗材定位共同组成移液单元(pipetting unit)。除了吸排液,设备还需要完成装吸头、移动到目标、排液和脱吸头的完整动作链。

SMTP4 支持自动脱吸头,但装吸头行程、推力和脱卸位置需与设备机构匹配。吸头规格变更后,应重新核对气密性与装卸动作,避免将吸头外形相近视为已经兼容。
