典型应用

HMD3 的应用由注射器计量与阀选路共同决定。单通道按吸液、切阀、排液顺序完成一次定量循环,实际节拍还包括补液与清洗。

分析仪器:单路试剂的重复定量加入

在固定加液工位,注射器先从试剂瓶取液,再通过切阀把规定体积送到反应杯,完成试剂分配(reagent dispensing)或定量加液(dosing)。除每次液量外,设备还需要安排开机预充、每轮补液和停机后的液路处理。

HMD3 的 30 mm 行程与单通道结构适合紧凑的单针加液模块。可根据一次输出量配置 50 μL–5 mL 注射器,并把取液、切阀、排液和针头余滴纳入一个完整周期,以目标容器实际收到的液量验收。

样本前处理:稀释液定量添加

向已知样本量中加入规定体积的稀释液,属于稀释加液(diluent dispensing)。设备可能将其称为稀释泵或配液模块,但稀释倍数仍取决于样本量、稀释液量及后续混合,而不是单独由泵名称决定。

HMD3 可按目标液量选择注射器,并在设备控制中定义吸液补充、排液和混合步骤。较小容量的注射器可作为小液量任务的候选,实际性能应按工作行程验证。

实验室供液:缓冲液加入与周期补液

缓冲液按配方加入反应容器时称为分配(dispensing),按消耗补充储液容器时称为补液(replenishment)。单注射器在排液后需要再次吸液,因此应把补液中断与阀动作计入供液过程。

如果下游要求不中断流量,需要另行设计交替供液或缓冲方案。不能把单次注射器排液的设定流量直接当作包含补液阶段的系统连续流量。
