当多个加液针向一排反应容器加入液体时，多个注射器形成并行分配（parallel dispensing）模块。工位关注每路实际输出是否一致、整排完成时间，以及一条支路缺液或阻塞时如何处理。
HMD6 提供 1–8 通道可选配置，应结合注射器容量、安装宽度和针间距选择。多通道时应逐路进行预充与体积检查，记录管路长度、针头和背压差异；同步或独立动作能力按具体驱动与控制配置确认。
样本前处理：稀释液定量添加
向已知样本量中加入规定体积的稀释液，属于稀释加液（diluent dispensing）。设备可能将其称为稀释泵或配液模块，但稀释倍数仍取决于样本量、稀释液量及后续混合，而不是单独由泵名称决定。

HMD6 的 60 mm 行程和多种注射器配置可按批次液量规划补液间隔。设备周期需包含各路预充、分配、切阀与补液时间；多通道配置应在允许的注射器容量范围内选用，持续不中断供液则需另行配置交替或缓冲方案。
