mixing paddle series
The stirring-paddle series is designed to mix samples, reagents, diluents, and reaction liquids in automated analytical instruments. Designs can be developed from drawings according to the reaction-cup structure, target liquid volume, available mixing space, speed range, and required mixing performance. Paddle geometries include flat, helical, and 90-degree-angle blades. Surface coatings, welding method, concentricity, and mounting-end structure can be confirmed for instrument modules that require efficient mixing and controlled liquid splashing.

Frequently Asked Questions
Blade shape, diameter, length, and mounting-end structure depend on the reaction cup dimensions, liquid volume, and available mixing space. A single standard model should not be selected without considering these factors.
Need to confirm the impeller geometry and mixing performance?
Please provide the reaction-cup dimensions, target liquid volume, speed range, mixing time, blade geometry, mounting-end structure, and whether a coating is required. Foreach can help confirm a custom impeller design.
