Select the configuration based on cleaning-station space, wash-fluid inlet count, waste-fluid outlet count, and the cleaning sequence. Multi-head designs can combine flushing and waste discharge but place higher demands on space and manufacturing consistency.

Can the Wash Probe include side ports?

Yes. Side-port direction, quantity, diameter, and position should be confirmed against the wash-fluid spray direction, target cleaning area, and waste-fluid recovery path.

How can a Wash Probe reduce carry-over risk?

Confirm the spray-port direction, wash-fluid flow rate, waste-fluid evacuation path, probe position, and cleaning sequence together. For higher-residue applications, consider side-port spray cleaning, inner- and outer-wall flushing, and anti-drip surface treatment.

Can the Wash Probe be customized together with the cleaning station?

Yes. A cleaning probe normally needs to be reviewed together with the cleaning-station space, waste-fluid tank, inlet path, and evacuation path. Provide the station layout, probe travel direction, target cleaning area, and waste-fluid recovery method.
