Miniature Liquid Diaphragm Pumps for Flow Rates up to 600 mL/min

Foreach miniature liquid diaphragm pumps, also referred to as micro liquid diaphragm pumps, are used for compact liquid transfer, washing, and circulation. For working-flow requirements of approximately 0–100, 100–200, and 200–300 mL/min, the DPL30 series can be evaluated as a 300 mL/min-class option. For approximately 300–400, 400–500, and 500–600 mL/min, consider the DPL60 series as a 600 mL/min-class option.

Select by required outlet pressure: for 0–100 kPa, choose DPL30 or DPL60 according to the required working flow. For pressures above 100 kPa and up to 600 kPa, evaluate DPL30H. The flow values above are free-flow values; the actual operating point depends on the pump curve and system resistance and varies with backpressure, suction conditions, tubing resistance, and fluid properties. Also confirm wetted-material compatibility, motor type and service life, speed control and control interfaces.
